We were so fortunate to get LaTonyia as our realtor. She checked all the boxes: knowledgeable, professional, flexible, dependable and caring. When we broadened our search to Bradenton, she was happy to commute an hour from her home base to show us a property that we ultimately purchased. She was in constant communication throughout the process to see us through a quick and effortless closing. Long after the sale, she remained in touch to ensure we were happy in our new home and offered excellent advice and reminders to ensure we were informed of tax incentives. She even sent a note to check on our well being during the pandemic! What a sweetheart and a class act! She’s the best realtor we’ve ever worked with!
