Angela Marchese is an incredible realtor. Throughout the entire process from preparing the house for sale to settlement, Angela provided valuable information on a timely basis. She always returned my calls, texts, and emails quickly, even if it was 9 pm at night or on the weekend. She gave me invaluable support in preparing the house for sale and emptying it after sale which was so helpful as I am not from the local area. Angela’s long term knowledge of the local real estate market was invaluable. She staged the house attractively, priced the house appropriately, and posted quality photos and videos of the house to generate interest. Her marketing of the house really delivered results: we had multiple offers, over asking price, in just several days. A consummate professional, Angela cares about her clients and always goes the extra mile. Selling my father’s house was an emotional process for our family, but Angela always treated us with empathy and kindness. Anyone would be so fortunate to have Angela as their realtor.

Dave Lombardo and I met about 3 years ago. Dave was very friendly, knowledgeable, and I felt confident, after speaking with Dave, that Dave could sell my property. Dave really knew the market and was very familiar with the neighborhood property values. Dave provided very helpful property improvement suggestions. Dave was very helpful in providing contact information for various contractors, which helped to expedite the process. I would definitely recommend Dave to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. We received more than one contract the first week the property was on the market. The rest is history.

Joanna always answered her phone and my questions. And I had many of them. Selling a house is something that I had not done for over 20 years. She was a great help and made it go smoothly.
