Dave Lombardo was great! From beginning to end, he handled every aspect of this deal with professionalism. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. He even went out of his way to check on the house for us when we were away. At one point, our neighbors let us know that one of our downspouts came loose when we were out of town. To save us the drive, Dave immediately offered to fix it for us, without hesitation. And HE actually fixed it--he didn't hire someone to do so. When we needed a contractor to fix a couple of items, he found someone for us, handled the scheduling, and went back to check the work--sending us pictures so we could see the end result. We felt very comfortable with Dave handling our affairs and would use his services again in a heartbeat! He's the best of the best!
