Michelle was a very accommodating realtor, who worked with my schedule very well and had a lower rate than some other realtors I talked to. Sometimes I felt like she pushed me to make offers somewhat aggressively, but when making offers Michelle very accurately judged what bids would win and managed to help me win a bid for 20k under asking.

Jonathan made everything feel smooth and stress-free, he kept us informed at every step, and handled negotiations well. He listened to our concerns, and he was quick to answer our questions.
