Not my first time working with Jon, once again reminded of why I chose him as my realtor in the first place. Always goes above and beyond to ensure the buying/selling process is as seamless as possible. I was settling on my old place, closing on my new home and moving all in the same day. Not only knows how to deal with me also explain everything step by step and gives alsome idea's to meak more $ during the sell also help a lot during buying new home to determine hiden problems to be revealed and get compensate for them.
