Jen is an excellent realtor. She is very professional and an expert in her field. The home buying process can be stressful, but Jen reassured me and helped me with every step of the process. Highly recommend her to anyone buying a home.

After our initial meeting with Mr. Cohen and discussing our goal to sell the house, he helped us map out a timeline. Throughout the process, we felt confident in his ability to help us reach our goal because of his knowledge of the current market's climate and years of experience. Mr. Cohen was very good with communicating with us and keeping us up to date with feedback during the showings. His experience was evident when unexpected things came up because he had contacts and resources who were able to help us navigate the unanticipated challenges. Once an offer was received, he worked with us efficiently to have all of the documents completed in a timely manner. The fact that his agency uses the DocuSign process was great. This meant that we were successful in reaching our goal of having the house sold according to our original timeline. Also, the settlement process went very smoothly. Finally, we would highly recommend Mr. Cohen as the agent to choose, if you're interested in selling or purchasing a home.

My experience with Wadia was seamless. She kept me informed from the beginning until the very end. She worked tirelessly on making sure I was satisfied with her interactions with the seller. No communication was done without my knowledge. As a first time buyer she guided me through the process step by step. Answering all questions and concerns timely.

Maureen is very professional and organized. She has tons of knowledge and really gets things done. She got my old 1900's property sold quickly! I highly recommend her services.
