Wadia Timazee from Quality Real Estate was amazing to work with! She helped me sell my home in Philadelphia and made the whole process really easy. She gave great tips on how to clean and set up the house so it looked perfect in the pictures. Because of that, we got a lot of showings and an offer fast—less than a month! Wadia really knows the area and helped pick the right price so the house would sell quickly but still get me what I wanted. She always answered my questions, was honest, and made sure I felt good about everything. She was kind, patient, and always there when I needed her. If you’re looking to sell or buy a house, I really recommend Wadia. She’s great at what she does and super easy to work with.

The home buying process is a journey from finding the home to negotiating to closing. Having Celly as our guide through this journey made it feel like a summertime road trip. She is very personable and easy to communicate with. Her response time is great and her attention to detail is even better. After determining what I was looking for she provided a tour of multiple houses in a single day and came with all the information for each house in hand. After finding the house she met me at the property several times so I could go over it. She even helped organize all the inspections and communications between myself and the municipality. The entire process went through without a single hitch. I am sitting in my new home as I type this!! I can’t recommend Celly enough.
