My experience with Maurice was incredible . I was able to reach out to him anytime of the day or night as well as weekends . His knowledge and expertise was astounding . He was patient in his explanations (I had many questions) . He accurately explained the steps and stages that we were going through as well as the next steps that would be taken . If he was unsure of something his response was always “ I don’t know “ but I will get back to you and he did . He oversaw the sale from start to finish and I feel that he gave the maximum effort to achieve my goals . In short he is the absolute best that a person could get . Ps. He gave parting gifts to both the seller (me) and buyer . These gifts were spot on . This proved to me that he LISTENS . Beautiful job . Thank you ,

John was simply the best his knowledge patience kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for us was unlike any realtor I’ve ever met! He answered every time I called, he met us countless times, he reassured every question we had with expertise and humbleness. We never felt pressure or rushed at all, we truly think as John as a close friend still to this day! We have recommended him and him only to everyone we know. You will not regret working with John DelViscio, he’s the best of the best!
