Not my first time working with Jon, once again reminded of why I chose him as my realtor in the first place. Always goes above and beyond to ensure the buying/selling process is as seamless as possible. I was settling on my old place, closing on my new home and moving all in the same day. It could’ve been a nightmare of a day, but Jon ensured everything went according to plan and I couldn’t be happier.

He answered every time I called, he met us countless times, he reassured every question we had with expertise and humbleness. My experience with Maurice was incredible . I was able to reach out to him anytime of the day or night as well as weekends . His knowledge and expertise was astounding . He was patient in his explanations (I had many questions) . He accurately explained the steps and stages that we were going through as well as the next steps that would be taken . If he was unsure of something his response was always “ I don’t know “ but I will get back to you and he did . He oversaw the sale from start to finish and I feel that he gave the maximum effort to achieve my goals . In short he is the absolute best that a person could get . Ps.
