Ten seconds. That’s how long it took for Bob to respond to our inquiry about a property. He arranged from his vacation to have us see it the next day and the day after that he and his gracious wife walked through the property again with us. It is no surprise that we were the winners in this home lottery where value and new memories meet up like friends.
