Margot is our current buyer's agent as we look for property in the Chester County area. She is the best realtor we have ever met. She responds almost immediately to our phone calls and emails, tirelessly show us properties, never fails to be cheerful, positive, funny and extremely knowledgable. And when it comes time to negotiating a deal, she is extremely diligent, creative and impeccable. She is delightful to spend tie with, and by the way, makes the very best scones in the world, which she brings to everyone! We HIGHLY recommend her.

Mandy's level of expertise is impeccable and her personality is magnanimous! She will do EVERYTHING for you, whether buying or selling, even down to the fine details, every step of the way. I was extremely happy to need her again as I was very pleasantly surprised by a change in life events: marriage and move! Though I now want to stay settled for some time to come, I would happily employ her services annually if needed! : )

First, I asked her if we got any offers. She never told me what offer she got. Just stated it wasn’t worth me writing up the offer. I felt I should know every offer that we got, regardless of what the amount was. I didn’t know whether it was better than the price we got. It ended up to be 54,000 less than our asking price. I feel she did not work for us the seller.
