I had little knowledge of the home selling/buying process except the horror stories I heard from close friends and families. I have to say the process was worst than described and I hope I never have to sell/buy a home again. However, if I ever have to go through this again, my first call will be to Chuck to help us. He did a tremendous job assisting my wife and I through the home selling/buying process. In what was a very stressful situation, Chuck presented a voice of reason and calm we needed to make the best possible decisions. I am glad he was on our side.

Carolyn has excellent communication skills and a very friendly nature that people seem to warm up to right away! She handled all the issues with my final inspections and my closing with a sense of urgency that I really appreciated. I will be sure to use her services again the next time I'm in the market for a new home!
