My wife and I had listed our house for almost 90 days with our previous realtor and had no offers. We took the house off the market feeling discouraged until we spoke to Jessica. My wife and I met with her and knew instantly that we wanted to relist our house with Jessica as our agent. Within a month we had plenty of foot traffic and an offer! Jessica helped us realize the full potential of our house and helped get it sold quickly. She was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. When it came to buying our new house, Jessica was very proactive in sending us listings she thought would match our criteria. She helped us find our dream home within 3 weeks of looking. She made the buying process extremely easy and was able to negotiate with the sellers to get us a great price for our forever home.
