He has a deep understanding of the NE Philly market and the strategies that work best for the area. He's also fair about any problems that may arise during the transaction. Finally, he's just an all around good person. Overall, you can't go wrong if you're buying or selling with Joe.

Have used Joe for several real estate transactions (buying and selling) and have always had a great experience. Everyone on his team has been so helpful and friendly. There were some issues with the sale of my last house (due to pending divorce,etc) and Joe and his team were so helpful in getting everything together and straightened out in time to close successfully. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and made a very stressful experience easier for me to deal with. I cannot say enough good things about them but I assure you won’t be disappointed!
