Not only did we entrust Tim to purchase our home, but he was also able to then help us sell our family member's home in a very quick manner while maximizing our overall profits. Marc has a great breadth of knowledge about Philadelphia neighborhoods, real estate and the City in general. This was very helpful in narrowing down housing choices. He was very patient and always rearranged his schedule to accommodate us traveling from out of town. He was quite helpful in the negotiations as well. He also provided great lists of contractors and others for use post close.
