I loved working with Fern. She was always available to me - nights, weekends, whenever. Fern was by Buyer's Agent and represented me exceptionally. The Seller Agent wanted to add an extra charge above $1,000, but Fern was able to get the charge deleted because the other Agent never put it in writing. I will use Fern again and will recommend her to friends.

Tina sold two homes for me, and she was on-the-job 24-7. Always available to answer my questions and help guide me through the process. I highly recommend Tina Walsh-Wilson for your real estate needs…and she is a joy to work with!

She did a great job to purchase a new home and we could sell my old house in three days all because of her. She brought a lady who was looking for a house and suggested her to purchase our house. She knows how to negotiate the price and made seller and buyer happy. I highly recommend her to everyone who wants to sell their property and purchase a new house.
