He was incredibly thorough in explaining everything to us, always keeping us updated and making sure we understood what was happening throughout the process. As first-time home buyers, that level of communication and guidance meant a lot to us. His communication was top-notch, and he was always flexible and accommodating with our busy schedules whenever we wanted to see homes. Beyond that, his network and connections throughout the industry were invaluable — from mortgage reps to insurance agents and other trusted professionals, he surrounded us with great people the entire way. Jenna is truly a phenomenal agent. We were so glad we went with her to help us with the home buying process! While searching for a home, Jenna was quick to respond and attentive to our requests, which was all we could ask for in a fast-paced market. Sean was just amazing. From the first meeting...taking in our Wish List and what our family needed. Sean explained everything from day 1 what we had to do... What the process was..... How MUCH paper work was involved....how we might get 80% off what we wanted in our dream world. Sean was willing to meet any day or any time. I loved working with Fern. She was always available to me - nights, weekends, whenever. Fern was by Buyer's Agent and represented me exceptionally. The Seller Agent wanted to add an extra charge above $1,000, but Fern was able to get the charge deleted because the other Agent never put it in writing. I will use Fern again and will recommend her to friends.
