We highly recommend Kim Gammon as a realtor. First, Kim listened very closely to our real estate needs as a seller, especially given we had a few complicating circumstances. Based on our needs and situation, Kim developed a really strong selling plan and executed that plan flawlessly. She gave really sound advice, she was in constant communication with us, and she alleviated any concerns that we had. We were able to sell the house quickly with really favorable terms.
