Pam listed our home and had a sales agreement on it in days for full price. There was a problem with the lien search and a neighbors garage encroaching the property line. Pam immediately worked it out with the lawyers and the neighbors.

Rebecca was very helpful right from the start: showing us houses, finding comps, and then finding specific information about our prospective property. Very responsive to questions.
