Pam listed our home and had a sales agreement on it in days for full price. There was a problem with the lien search and a neighbors garage encroaching the property line. Pam immediately worked it out with the lawyers and the neighbors.

Rebecca was very helpful right from the start: showing us houses, finding comps, and then finding specific information about our prospective property. Very responsive to questions. She was also very helpful with the buying process and acting as our go between with the buyer and buyer's agent, and arranging for inspections.
