Pam listed our home and had a sales agreement on it in days for full price. There was a problem with the lien search and a neighbors garage encroaching the property line. Pam immediately worked it out with the lawyers and the neighbors.

Stephanie's approach to every property was always on point. She would point out the flaws aswell as ideas on how to improve.
