Absolutely amazing!! She had all the answers to our questions and if she didn’t, she found out right away. She was always available, even at times I thought might be outside of business hours. As first time home buyers, we had almost no knowledge of what to look for and she always made sure to point out possible problems. She really wanted to help find the perfect house that worked us. Pam listed our home and had a sales agreement on it in days for full price. There was a problem with the lien search and a neighbors garage encroaching the property line. Pam immediately worked it out with the lawyers and the neighbors.
