First time home buyer, and the experience was great!!! Steve helped me find exactly what I was looking, for my girls and I. Very patient and understanding, never gave up on helping me find what I was looking for. Always on time, and available for any questions.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
