I feel Paul was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs at trying time.

Elvin is very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Made the entire process smooth and easy. Highly recommend.

After a realtor who literally ghosted me my expectations were low. However, with Paul that quickly turned around. A rate a fraction higher than that of other realtors I had researched, had me nervous at first. But that difference is felt in buckets - from hour long phone calls educating me as a first time buyer, to lending me a power washer to clean my new property, Paul was there every step of the way, not to mention when line dancing. Paul is kind, communicative, educated, experienced, and a teacher as needed through and through. If you are a first time home buyer and want to learn with the safety net of a seasoned and personable realtor, Paul is the one for you.

My wife and I were thoroughly pleased with our association with Lou and Deb. They took the time to get to know us as people in order to serve our needs. They knew how to "read " us so they understood what we wanted even at times when we weren't as clear as we could have been. Their knowledge of the prevailing market helped us price our home correctly to sell. They kept us informed every step of the way explaining what the next steps in the process would be so there were no surprises. They were always positive and upbeat in their assessment as to the progress of the sale of our house. We will continue to recommend their services to everyone who asks.

I dealt with Deb Hagan during my home buying experience and she definitely takes a personal interest in the home you buy. In her words, "I would not sell you house that I would not want for my kids". I felt she was concerned about what I was spending my money on going so far as to even point out things that were wrong with houses I was considering buying. She takes great care in being sure you are truly happy with the house you want and isn't out for the 'quick sell'. That kind of personal investment is a rare thing nowadays. She always took the time to answer any questions I had and if she wasn't sure, always got back to me with a quick answer.

We had a wonderful experience working with Lou! He was extremely helpful and made our home buying experience go so smoothly.
