He even stood in 20° weather for hours while an inspection was being performed. Remarkable! He pushed when necessary and ensured the home was ready for settlement. He wrote and amended multiple documents during this process, always making sure I was protected. During closing, the seller’s realtor was unprepared. Dave handled it like a boss and made sure everything got done. He turned many tough situations into positive outcomes, and made it look effortless! Oh, and he also saved me a lot of money!
