Gail is a very clear communicator and very helpful and thorough. I always felt that I knew exactly where things stood regarding the progress of the listing and sale. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again in the future.

Excellent realtor who made the entire process easy

Joel was great to work with throughout the entire home-buying process. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and always available when I had questions. He explained everything clearly, helped with negotiations, and made sure I understood each step of the process. I really appreciated his patience and communication. I would definitely recommend Joel to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Worked tirelessly to meet our challenging criteria and prepared us well to submit a successful offer

Tracey is very responsive and easy to communicate with. She listens well and uses her deep experience of the market to provide excellent advice. She put our interests first and never pressured. She worked well with the selling agents and navigated our remote closing seamlessly. In our experience after purchasing 5 homes over the course of a number of years, her professionalism is outstanding.
