I recently had the pleasure of working with Len Chimel on the sale of my father's house. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout this process. He was very understanding of our situation and really went above and beyond to make sure we were successful in this process. I was trying to coordinate this from out of town and he was terrific in spearheading all the work that needed to be done and communicated with me for key decisions. Yvonne was very cheerful and had a positive attitude that the house would sell quickly. I felt very comfortable with her and what her plans were to sell the home. She make suggestions how to prepare and setup for an open house (even with packed boxes in view). Yvonne provided some water and munchies available for prospective buyers which helps to delay the guests exit & also spend more time with inquiries for info regarding the home and property. Yvonne was very aware of selling prices for the time and location.
