She was able to get us into a house (a duplex) the day it went on the market. It was everything we could have imagined as our new home. Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war! Our offer was the most favorable to the seller. She definitely knows how to sweeten the deal! This was my first ever home I’ve ever bought and Nona’s knowledge of the market in Blairsville , Young Harris, and the surrounding areas was essential in my quest. My boyfriend, Ron and I were helped in every step of the process as we were guided by Nona’s expertise. She said there would be ups and downs, but we would find what we wanted and after several months it all fell into place. I was selling my house and not purchasing an another house as I’m moving out of the country for a bit. Debby helped me find this house years ago and it was an easy process and selling at this time was even easier. She communicates which is key to the whole process, as I was traveling, she kept me posted as far as what was going on and within a week she had an offer which was over my asking price so I can’t ask for anything. Debby did a great job and when I come back to purchase another house, she’ll be my first call. All I can say is if you need a real estate agent, Debby is who you need.
