Adam is absolutely great at educating himself about your property and knowing where to advertise and how to market at the right places.

We had a great experience with Adam he did everything he could to help get us in a home we love and sell ours. He was patient despite our extended search and was always there when we needed to reach him or his team. He oversaw everything to make sure it went smoothly, there's a reason he's a top realtor in York.

Tyarra is really easy to work with - she's a pleasure to engage with, listens really well and has great taste. From our first meeting to our settlement, she was calm, honest, professional and very knowledgeable about the market and how sell our home for the best price. We were first time home sellers and she came prepared to our first meeting with good information (both verbally and in writing) and really settled my nerves about selling our home. Tyarra communicated with us appropriately and frequently throughout the entire process - cheered with us as showings were scheduled, explained next steps, organized offers in a spreadsheet so that we could see the full picture, explained paperwork and processes clearly, advocated for us well during settlement and celebrated with us when we sold our home. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone, especially my closest friends when they need an agent to buy or sell a home. We had a wonderful experience!
