We were first time home sellers and she came prepared to our first meeting with good information (both verbally and in writing) and really settled my nerves about selling our home. Tyarra communicated with us appropriately and frequently throughout the entire process - cheered with us as showings were scheduled, explained next steps, organized offers in a spreadsheet so that we could see the full picture, explained paperwork and processes clearly, advocated for us well during settlement and celebrated with us when we sold our home. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone, especially my closest friends when they need an agent to buy or sell a home. We had a wonderful experience!
