Mr.Flinchbaugh was a great communicator, he helped me understand the home buying experience step by step and was always willing to go over anything that didn’t make sense to me. Always available via phone call when I would get overwhelmed with paperwork or what needed to be sent to who. Overall he made the home buying experience as smooth and easy as it could be. I am greatly appreciative for everything he did for me!

I felt like the team had my back as a seller and went over the top to make sure the home was marketed well, got the attention it required and was positioned well to be sold. I was impressed with the ability to anticipate needs, timing and process for the sale. I really appreciated the regular phone call with updates and the ongoing discussions around what to expect and needed to sell our home. Spent alot of time in first meeting explaining everything to me and presenting plan and qualifications. Answered questions anytime I called or texted. Patiently worked with me as due to a medical emergency all planned timing had to change for the go live sale.
