Mike did an excellent job marketing and getting my mother's house sold in a very timely manner when the market was still thriving. Appreciated all his hard work and recommendation for an excellent cleaning person, Ashley did the best job. Mike was in constant communication with me and always answered any questions very promptly. In the current market houses are selling in less than a week. But, our previous realtor had our house on the market for 6 months without a single bid. Immediately she had a variety of options and ideas to help us sell our house and in less than 2 weeks the house sold with multiple bids. Since then she has been wonderful in giving advice and helping us find a new realtor where we now live to help in the relocation.
