I lost a house I wanted, 14 years ago, due to my realtor being angry and aggressive on the phone with the seller's realtor. I really appreciate how level headed and professional Susan is.

His recommendation of what offer to make and under what conditions was spot on - as I had the opportunity after the sale to speak with the Seller and learn what kind of other offers he had obtained.
