This is the second time I have worked with Susan over a period of 14 years. Both times she was very thorough, and competent. We felt we were in safe hands. I lost a house I wanted, 14 years ago, due to my realtor being angry and aggressive on the phone with the seller's realtor. I really appreciate how level headed and professional Susan is.

Greg was on vacation when a house came up for sale in a neighborhood that I always wanted to live in. Greg took time from his vacation to help me through the process, make initial inquiries and find out more about the property. Upon his return, he showed he knew the market well and guided me through the home buying process - which I had not done in many years. Greg was prompt with responses or finding out information I needed to make my decision. His recommendation of what offer to make and under what conditions was spot on - as I had the opportunity after the sale to speak with the Seller and learn what kind of other offers he had obtained. Greg Deaner is just outstanding. I highly recommend him and would use him again.

She was on top of everything from time, kept me updated, texted me with questions and answers. She definitely knows her terminology and explains everything in detail. Always on the positive side of things. I would recommend her highly.
