Marsha is at the top of her game!

I've had a lot of experience working with Realtors as both a buyer and seller, and Marsha is absolutely one of the best. She knows the market, listened to our needs and desires, matched us to a terrific property, answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly, and stayed on top of the purchase process from beginning to end. Besides her expertise as a Realtor, she's a wonderful person and fun to work with. We were extremely fortunate to "find" her!

Awesome experience!

I was looking for some property for well over a year, but was hesitant to contact a realtor after some bad experiences in the past. Somehow, I lucked out and contacted Marsha. She knows her stuff, and after a brief in-person meeting, she steered me to a couple of potential properties. They were all possibilities, but then Marsha showed me the house that I ultimately purchased. She is super responsive to email and text messages, virtually anytime day or night. And she is super friendly. She did all the heavy lifting recommending home inspectors, contractors, settlement attorney... you name it. I'm glad I was lucky enough to find Marsha. She is now a new friend.

A very smooth, professsional process from listing to settlement.

Marsha was very responsive from day one. She responded quickly when we first reached out to her and met with us in person soon after to discuss the sale of my mother-in- law's house. Her knowledge of the market helped with our decisions regarding pricing and the best time to list the property for sale. We signed a contract with a buyer within days of listing. The process from contract signing to settlement went very smoothly. Having Marsha as our agent was a great experience and we highly recommend her for anyone seeking to buy or sell a home.
