Could not give McKenna enough praise! We came in blind to the home buying process. McKenna explained everything to us in ways we could understand, found us exactly what we were looking for and in our price range, stay 100% on top what needed to be done to negotiate and get an accepted offer. She has helped us with things even outside of the home such as solar panels and finding insurance. We have since closed and she is still here for us-helping set up utilities and communicating with the sellers agent for any questions we still have. McKenna is of outstanding moral character- we were never pressured or rushed or presented a house outside of our budget. This process was so much easier because we completely trusted her recommendations and expertise knowing she had our best interest at heart. From my wife’s and I first contact with Renee she proved to be a reliable, trustworthy and genuinely awesome Realtor. We found Renee through Zillow and at first I was skeptical. During our prior use of Zillow realtors I often felt that those agents had personality traits similar to a carsalesman. They were quick to draw you in but often left you hanging. However, that’s what makes Renee different. She was never pushy, gave real advice and was attentive to what we were looking for in a house. Initially we looked at a few houses but ultimately settled on a new construction home. Renee made sure to keep her schedule flexible to accommodate us and join us in every step. When we were at the selections process for our home she made sure that we stayed within the budget that we planned for but still have solid advice on where to spend our money from the overall budget. From start to finish Renee checked in on my family & I even when we just waiting for things to be done. We would recommend Renee a thousand times plus. The thought of finding a new home, when you live out-of-state, creates that “state” of high anxiety. Once you meet Abby, there is that feeling of talking with a friend. There is the professional and knowledgeable side of Abby, but also the personable and confident side. One who is caring and focused on helping you. A very comforting feeling. She has a good understanding of the present-day market. She will spend time questioning the client as to their needs, wants and desires. While our thoughts were of a single home, she injected thought of a duplex. This discussion produced a list of candidates (single and duplex) to visit. She was able to get us into a house (a duplex) the day it went on the market. It was everything we could have imagined as our new home. Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war! Our offer was the most favorable to the seller. She definitely knows how to sweeten the deal!
