Absolutely 10/10- with the housing market being crazy especially, you need a realtor like Sean to get you your perfect house and that’s exactly what he did for us. His knowledge of the market and what makes your offer stand out is unmatched. He did go above and beyond as well personally and not just professionally, during this process we lost a very close loved one and Sean reached out and send a hand written card to us which just meant so much to us, you are not just another client. We first met Connie at an open house while we were exploring the area about 2 years ago. We were moving from out of town, and didn't know much about the area. Connie was down to earth, friendly and engaging - and very knowledgeable about the Harrisburg area and the housing market in general. We felt comfortable with her right away. But, houses were selling very quickly - and it was hard to get down to see anything before it sold. After looking at several homes, we decided to rent for a while thinking it would be easier if we were closer. The rental market was also difficult, but Connie helped us secure a rental home. Over the course of about a year and a half - she showed us a lot of homes - but nothing was quite right. Connie was always available to show us homes and was so patient with us. When we saw this home go on the market we called her immediately. We were able to see the house the next morning - and we fell in love with it. Tracy helped us sell our condo in Ellicott City this fall. She came to our initial meeting with printouts of the research she had done about similar properties that had recently sold in the area. We were thinking about renovating before selling, and she came prepared with suggestions for that, too, such as what to focus on if we were to renovate and companies that could handle the project.
