I was am starting a new renting business and was looking to purchase another rental property that I will be living in the next couple years. Shayna was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to tell me about a lot of the townhome areas whether she thought they would be a good fit or not for my goal. She was super personable and I never felt like I couldn’t just shoot a text off with my ongoing questions and concerns. I highly recommend her if you want a lifeline during this whole big scary process! She’s always willing to help in any way she could. Glad I now have a lifelong friend who can help me grow this buisness! Woohoo!!!

When we decided to move back to Pennsylvania we knew it would be challenging to buy a home from another state. Immediately we thought of Brad. We used him to sell our home back in 2021. He was exceptional then and we knew we needed him again for our new search. He went above and beyond to help us. He was very knowledgeable in the field. He was able to answer all our questions. We found our new home with very little bumps. We appreciate all he did. I would absolutely recommend him to all my friends and family.

Jonathan made everything feel smooth and stress-free, he kept us informed at every step, and handled negotiations well. He listened to our concerns, and he was quick to answer our questions. He also took the time to make sure we understood all the options as we moved through the selling process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Working with Ted was absolutely amazing! In this competitive market, speed is everything, and Ted was always on top of it. The second a home hit the market, he was ready to show us — sometimes within just 15 minutes of it going live! His responsiveness, knowledge, and dedication gave us such an advantage and made the process so much less stressful. We always felt like we were his top priority, and his professionalism and energy truly set him apart. If you want an agent who goes above and beyond to help you secure your dream home, Ted is the one!
