I Cannot say or emphasize how amazing, thorough, personable, knowledgeable, professional, helpful and caring Brent Hill is. With 12 years of experience, His compassion, love for real estate and overall sense and ability of truly just wanting to help people, shine through and are made obvious from the very first time you meet him. My entire family has now used him as their realtor. I have used other realtors in the past, Brent Hill, BY FAR, is hands down the best! I will NEVER use another agent again. He is always available for any questions you may have and makes the process of home buying/home selling soooo much less stressful in an already high stress and crazy hectic time. He goes well above and beyond in every and any way I can think of. There is not a single other realtor that I know, or have heard of, that have done or can do what Brent does and has done . This man truly is a “jack of all trades”, from landscaping, painting, hanging, mudding and sanding drywall, through any other job you would need to hire a general contractor for. If There is an issue or problem, Brent most likely can do or fix it himself. If by chance there is something that needs fixed or addressed, and Brent can’t do it, chances are, he has a very well established business and professional relationship with someone who can, and probably for a much lower cost than you would find otherwise. I really cannot express or put into words, how great this man really is. I promise, You will be doing yourself a GREAT DISSERVICE by not using him as your agent!! If you don’t believe me, find out for yourself!

I recently completed my fourth real estate transfer with Marian. She continues to amaze me with her knowledge of the industry and the professionalism she displays. She treats each home as if it were her own and understands the importance of the little details within. Recently, as an out-of-state seller I was concerned how I could arrange different services that were needed….. Marian arranged for various contractors and made sure things were done as needed and on time. I could not have been more pleased. If you are thinking of buying or selling in the Maryland real estate market, Marian Staab should be your Agent.
