His knowledge, skill set, calm nature, listening skills and follow through are unmatched. He helped me through every decision I had to make, allowed me to vent and we laughed & I cried together. I reached out to Mike for help selling a property that another agent gave up on. It was very challenging to say the least. Mike never gave up and even gave me hope when I wanted to give up. Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
