Sheila was such a huge help to me when settling my fathers estate. She sold what was a pretty unique property, going above and beyond. She was always available to answer any questions I had. She then helped me purchase my first home! Highly recommend her as a selling or buying agent!

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
