I am very happy with his persistence on helping us find a place in our area of preference and price range.

Michelle was a Godsend for a first time seller ! I could not express into words of how much she catered to my needs before I could even think of a need. She has her clients BEST INTEREST AT HEART! Michelle is a CLASS ACT! 100/10 recommend ! Thank you so much Michelle !

The thought of finding a new home, when you live out-of-state, creates that “state” of high anxiety. Once you meet Abby, there is that feeling of talking with a friend. There is the professional and knowledgeable side of Abby, but also the personable and confident side. One who is caring and focused on helping you. A very comforting feeling. She has a good understanding of the present-day market. She will spend time questioning the client as to their needs, wants and desires. While our thoughts were of a single home, she injected thought of a duplex. This discussion produced a list of candidates (single and duplex) to visit. She was able to get us into a house (a duplex) the day it went on the market. It was everything we could have imagined as our new home. Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war! Our offer was the most favorable to the seller. She definitely knows how to sweeten the deal! I strongly recommend Abby to anyone looking for a great realtor to assist them in today’s housing market.

Robin was great to work with. Very knowledgeable. Even after we closed on our first home, she went above n beyond to provide help and to continue answering any questions we had further down the road.

First of all my gratitude goes to Ms. Valarie for the advice and support during the process of selling my old house and purchasing of my new home, it was a great experience it was so though at the begging, but Ms. Valarie gave me the hope and courage, she told me Temy don't worry if God says the house is yours you will get it. Finally Ms Valarie made it work. We got the house. I really appreciate you. I will recommend 20,000 times to everyone.

This is the second time I have worked with Susan over a period of 14 years. Both times she was very thorough, and competent. We felt we were in safe hands. I lost a house I wanted, 14 years ago, due to my realtor being angry and aggressive on the phone with the seller's realtor. I really appreciate how level headed and professional Susan is.
