She understood our needs and limitations and worked with us to craft solutions. She went to the house when inspectors needed to get in, informed us of relevant issues and changes, provided documents electronically and on our schedule (not normal business hours) and helped all parties stay even and sane. He sees beyond the staging, and his background helps him to identify any issues that might have been incorrectly fixed/addressed by previous homeowners or tenants. During this sale, I had an issue with the sewer line 2 days before close. Steve provided direction on how to handle this with the plumbing company who had resolved a prior issue one year before by installing and connecting new pipe from the house to the street. The end result is that the issue was identified as a block at the main, the township came out to correct that issue ASAP and the closing remained on schedule. Problem resolved successfully!
