I had a wonderful experience working with my realtor throughout the sale of my home. From the very beginning, she was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. She guided me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable.

I don't think that I can understate how nervous I was about the search for a new home in today's market - and I cannot understate how Sara made the process so much easier. From day one, she was communicative and had a genuine desire not just to make a sale - but to help my husband and I get into a place we could call our own. My husband at first thought we might be able to do this without a realtor. It took a total of one conversation with Sara for him to agree we were making the right decision with her. The first house we saw was a bit of a disaster (sometimes pictures do truly look better than in person), but Sara took it as a chance to educate us as to what we should be looking for as we looked at other properties - and with that knowledge, we were able to pinpoint exactly what we wanted in the properties we saw. She was on top of everything from the moment we decided to put in an offer to one of the homes we saw, and was an absolute godsend during the entire process, from the offer to the inspection to the signing. She has even made a point to reach out in the weeks after signing to check in how we're doing in our new home, and even bought a dog toy to welcome our corgi into our home. I am very aware that we were incredibly lucky with our home search to find our dream home - and incredibly luck to have Sara as our agent!
