This is the second time I have worked with Susan over a period of 14 years. Both times she was very thorough, and competent. We felt we were in safe hands. I lost a house I wanted, 14 years ago, due to my realtor being angry and aggressive on the phone with the seller's realtor. I really appreciate how level headed and professional Susan is.

She was able to get us into a house (a duplex) the day it went on the market. It was everything we could have imagined as our new home. Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war! Our offer was the most favorable to the seller. She definitely knows how to sweeten the deal! I strongly recommend Abby to anyone looking for a great realtor to assist them in today’s housing market.
