Stellar Realtor!!

Throughout the entire process, Gerald was available to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. He helped me tremendously during this stressful event. I knew I could count on him for his expertise, knowledge, and anything! He knows the area very well and is very well connected! I wouldn't go to another realtor. Period!

Excellent communication, researching the area and exploring realistic pricing.

Gerald gave excellent service and made the experience of selling so much better than previous experiences with other realtors. He researched the area and worked with me in attaining realistic asking prices. His communication was excellent and kept me informed about everything happening. The on line paperwork was appreciated and made the process so convenient. He was able to obtain a good selling price for a property that had drawbacks especially due to weather conditions. I would highly recommend him.
