I was selling my house and not purchasing an another house as I’m moving out of the country for a bit. Debby helped me find this house years ago and it was an easy process and selling at this time was even easier. She communicates which is key to the whole process, as I was traveling, she kept me posted as far as what was going on and within a week she had an offer which was over my asking price so I can’t ask for anything. Debby did a great job and when I come back to purchase another house, she’ll be my first call. All I can say is if you need a real estate agent, Debby is who you need. She’ll take care of you and make sure things go smoothly.

Mrs. Stacy Shelley, made the transaction as seamless as possible. From her presale renovation recommendations, to her ability to present the house with class in the listing. There was nothing more then I could ask for. She is not the chicken who said "the sky is falling", unlike some agents I have experienced. Rather she was a stress eater during the transaction and can handle all types of demeanors, hot heads, a-beeps, and people who believe no question is a dumb question. Mrs. Shelley takes a serious stance on protecting your interests by staying on top of all the nuances in paperwork and forms. Eye roll to paperwork reduction act, with all the things constantly changing. I was still able to rest assured we were doing what was needed to comply with real-estate laws and procedure. Steve and his team have been great to work with. We worked primarily with Steve and Dave, along with Itzel as well. They were all very quick to respond to our many questions we had throughout the entire process of buying and selling homes. Sean was fantastic to work with through this entire process, which for us took about 2 years to find the perfect home.
