Devie is very professional. She definitely deserves the extra effort award ??. I had so many questions for Devie and of course she had the answers. If the day comes that I need to sell/purchase another home, I'm calling Devie Rollison........PERIOD?

Having Devie as our realtor was the best decision we could have made. She made the process easy and put us at ease whenever we needed it. She is easy to contact via text/call/email. Worked around our busy scheduled and was honest about each property we looked at. She genuinely seemed to have our best interest in mind at all times.

Devie is the best. I've known her for over 10 years. She helped me buy two homes and sell one of them. She is incredibly responsive and knows how to explain the munutae of real estate so you can understand it. The sale of my rental in April was a complicated process filled with roadblocks. Several buyers ended up backing out of deals, but in the end, we closed for the best of the offers under contract. I also learned that Devie has integrity. She advised me against working with someone who offered a shady deal, and for that, I have even more respect for her than her ability to navigate the sales process.

Michael Pohlot and his team were incredible. They priced the home perfectly, marketed it beautifully, and got it sold fast. Their communication was excellent, their guidance was spot‑on, and they made a stressful process feel easy. Highly recommend.

CJ was very responsive from the start. We weren’t earnestly looking for a new house right away, but as we started to visit some properties we saw the one that we thought would be a good fit for our family. CJ was relentless in making sure things were handled timely and that the process was very smooth. He also sold our old house in the matter of three days and was great in that process as well. He even helped me fix my fence before the fina walkthrough! CJ and the whole Hardest Working Realty team are awesome and create a seamless experience.

Michael was a great help to us in the purchase of a home for renovation. When I shared the homes I was interested in, he did his due dilligence and took the time to research each one and tell me his honest thoughts on each. As I am out of the state, he was able to handle the whole transaction remotely and was happy to provide remote walk-through videos and calls with updates. He was quick to respond to my inquiries and remained professional and efficiently solved anything that needed to be handled in a timely manner.
