Michael Pohlot and his team were incredible. They priced the home perfectly, marketed it beautifully, and got it sold fast. Their communication was excellent, their guidance was spot‑on, and they made a stressful process feel easy. Highly recommend.

CJ was very responsive from the start. We weren’t earnestly looking for a new house right away, but as we started to visit some properties we saw the one that we thought would be a good fit for our family. CJ was relentless in making sure things were handled timely and that the process was very smooth. He also sold our old house in the matter of three days and was great in that process as well. He even helped me fix my fence before the fina walkthrough! CJ and the whole Hardest Working Realty team are awesome and create a seamless experience.

Michael was a great help to us in the purchase of a home for renovation. When I shared the homes I was interested in, he did his due dilligence and took the time to research each one and tell me his honest thoughts on each. As I am out of the state, he was able to handle the whole transaction remotely and was happy to provide remote walk-through videos and calls with updates. He was quick to respond to my inquiries and remained professional and efficiently solved anything that needed to be handled in a timely manner. I would recommend Michael to others looking to purchase a home in this area!
