CJ was very responsive from the start. We weren’t earnestly looking for a new house right away, but as we started to visit some properties we saw the one that we thought would be a good fit for our family. CJ was relentless in making sure things were handled timely and that the process was very smooth. He also sold our old house in the matter of three days and was great in that process as well. He even helped me fix my fence before the fina walkthrough! CJ and the whole Hardest Working Realty team are awesome and create a seamless experience.

Michael was a great help to us in the purchase of a home for renovation. When I shared the homes I was interested in, he did his due dilligence and took the time to research each one and tell me his honest thoughts on each. As I am out of the state, he was able to handle the whole transaction remotely and was happy to provide remote walk-through videos and calls with updates. He was quick to respond to my inquiries and remained professional and efficiently solved anything that needed to be handled in a timely manner. Mike is absolutely the man you want on your team when you are trying to sell your house. I have never had a more problem, free experience. These guys handle all the details and if there are any hiccups along the way they take them in stride, really! If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing. Trust me, this guy knows what he’s doing.

My wife and I recently made a contract with Mike to sell my mother’s home after she had passed. He met us with great enthusiasm, extreme knowledge of the market and the area. He was confident that he could bring in a much higher price point than other offers that we had pulled in on our own. We were very pleased with how quickly he was able to bring in potential buyers which ended in a bidding war which is what he had told us to expect. Unfortunately, the offer we accepted fell through, no fault of the buyer, but Mike went straight back to the grind and had us a new buyer within a few days. We had a full price offer that we accepted and that sale has since been completed. Mike is very down to earth, he has a great personality and we felt comfortable working with him. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home. His profile states that he is the hardest working real estate agent and that statement is quite truthful. We would definitely use him again if we ever have the need.
