Devie is the best. I've known her for over 10 years. She helped me buy two homes and sell one of them. She is incredibly responsive and knows how to explain the munutae of real estate so you can understand it. The sale of my rental in April was a complicated process filled with roadblocks. Several buyers ended up backing out of deals, but in the end, we closed for the best of the offers under contract. I also learned that Devie has integrity. She advised me against working with someone who offered a shady deal, and for that, I have even more respect for her than her ability to navigate the sales process.
