When searching for an agent I found Tiffany. She had recently got what I felt was a good asking price for a house in the same neighborhood as my grandmother's house. I was helping her sell it. When my grandmother moved out I headed up revamping the home, I consulted with Tiffany who shared all the trends and what she thought would make the biggest impact on the house. She met with me a few times during the renovation process and gave good feedback. Also her stager did an amazing job. We got an offer for full asking price almost immediately and were able to close lightning fast. I know that my experience may not be average, but also Tiffany was above average with the amount of feedback she gave me. I felt like we worked together and I was very happy with the results. She priced the house perfectly.
