I have known Yvette and Dan for many years and when it came time to listing my house I use them without hesitation. They put a lot of analysis into coming up with a market value price and sold my house within 30 days. They also marketed my house in other states where a lot of people are moving to Florida and it generated a lot of interest. They were very good with communication and Q&A whenever I needed anything.
